Workshop Etschpotschmak

Etschpotschmak are triangular dumplings with a filling of potatoes, (lamb) meat and onions, which are classically available everywhere in Tatarstan and Bashkiria and are a particularly popular dish of the Tatars. A workshop was held in November 2017, which focused on precisely this popular national dish. The participants were eager to cook and learned how much effort it takes to finish this entertaining Tatar pastry. When the Etschpotschmak were baked, all guests could enjoy its taste with a cup of tea.
